Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette is challenging the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's proposal to regulate carbon emissions from coal-burning power plants and other smokestack industries. Schuette says it will be too costly for Michigan's economy. We'll talk with an expert in environmental law who saysnot regulating carbon emissions will cost the economy more in the long run.
And later this week, we'll take a look at Governor Snyder's report on renewable energy in Michigan.
